Role Purpose: To provide objective, constructive, professional and solution-oriented legal advice and guidance to the group’s Professional Products businesses in China
Accountabilities

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
Essentially, an ideal candidate for the China Legal Counsel role should have the following knowledge, skills and competencies:
1) Good level of negotiation and drafting skills
2) Professionally qualified lawyer with sound knowledge of Chinese Law and not less than 5 years’ practical working experience in China with legal transactions and exposure in a commercial environment to various areas of law, including, commercial, IP, competition law, environmental, and management of litigation
